Patent - Our patent lawyers have successfully obtained internet patents related to auction methods and protect website business methods using patents.

Copyright - Our lawyers are steeped in copyright law, including the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). They have counseled clients on framing issues and ownership of the website developed by third parties. The firm prosecuted copyright and trademark claims on behalf of one of the leading developers of educational software, School Zone Interactive, and won temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction and summary judgment against the defendant and its principals, including a damage award in excess of $2.3 million and attorney fee award in excess of $200,000.

Hacking - Our lawyers are knowledgeable of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and have successfully prosecuted a violator of the Act.

Domain Name & Trademark - ICANN’s Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) created an efficient system to resolve Domain Name disputes. We have counseled clients on buying domain names and resolving disputes under the Act. We successfully tried a case preventing eBay from stopping our client in using the Perfume Bay mark.
